The employer anticipates hiring 20 English-speaking, undergraduate graduates interested in a career in Singapore to join their team from October to December 2011. The position is open to women of any marital status, with a maximum age of 35. Applicants must hold a bachelor's degree from a recognized Chinese university and be proficient in English for communication and sales purposes. Candidates should be dressed in formal attire, with a neat appearance, for the two-round interview process (Skype video interviews), which includes a professional look and a well-groomed hairstyle. While there are no specific academic major requirements, fluency in English, a positive personality, and a pleasing image are highly preferred.
The working hours are expected to be 60-70 hours per week, depending on the scheduling at the respective branch or counter. The allocation of stores may be as follows:
1. No fixed store allocation, rotating between different stores on various working days, which may require daily visits to different locations. Please be prepared for this flexibility.
2. Possible allocation to a fixed store, with occasional shifts to other stores when necessary.
Most stores operate from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, with some exceptions due to location constraints, such as stores at airports. The working schedule is six days a week, with one day off, which can be any day from Monday to Thursday. There is no overtime pay.

During the contract period, employees will work in the store daily and may be required to attend training or meetings at the company headquarters occasionally. Each new employee will be guided and trained by the store manager, covering aspects such as sales techniques, inventory management, cash handling, stock organization, product display, store cleaning, ordering, handling customer complaints, returns, store opening and closing procedures, and communication with colleagues from different nationalities, including Malaysians and Filipinos.
Employees are responsible for submitting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the store manager, district manager, and general manager.

The employer offers a three-and-a-half-year employment relationship. Upon successful employment, the candidate will sign a two-year initial employment contract. The employer will assist with the application for an EP (Employment Pass) issued by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower. The monthly salary is fixed at 2,800 Singapore Dollars, paid via bank transfer at the end of each month. After completing the initial two-year contract and demonstrating good performance without any negative records, the employer may offer (1) assistance in applying for permanent residency in Singapore and (2) a one-and-a-half-year extension of the contract. Employees are entitled to 7 days of paid annual leave and the healthcare benefits as stipulated by the Ministry of Manpower. There will be no salary increment within the first three and a half years unless exceptional performance is achieved.
